Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Studio Muse. Because we work with a global network of suppliers to bring you curated products at competitive prices, our return process follows specific international protocols.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition Requirements (The "Resale" Standard)

To be eligible, items must be returned in original boutique condition. This means:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item arrives with signs of wear, perfume scents, or smoke.

3. Return Shipping & Logistics

Studio Muse operates on a direct-to-consumer model. As such, our returns are processed through our international fulfillment centers.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. * International Rates: Because items must be returned to our origin warehouse (overseas), please be aware that return shipping costs may be high. We recommend checking international shipping rates before initiating a return.

  • Tracking Requirement: If you are shipping an item over $50, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. You must email support@studio-muse.co to receive the correct Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific warehouse address for your items. Items sent without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.

5. Damages and Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, please contact us at nichanishanisa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. High-quality photos of the damage and the shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards (Final Sale).

  • Personal care products (beauty, skincare).

  • Intimate apparel or swimwear.

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. All eligibility rules in Section 2 still apply, and the customer is responsible for international return shipping to our designated warehouse.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
