At Studio Muse, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We offer Complimentary Tracked Shipping on all orders worldwide—no minimum purchase required.
1. Delivery Timelines
We utilize Zendrop’s expedited global logistics network. This means your package bypasses traditional slow postal routes. Most orders arrive within the following windows:

Note: If your item is shipped from our US Direct warehouse, delivery to the United States typically takes only 2–5 business days.
2. Processing & Fulfillment

3. Tracking Transparency

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While we provide free shipping, please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes depending on your country's 2026 regulations.

5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Studio Muse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
6. Lost or Stalled Shipments
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, please contact us at Support@studio-muse.co We will open an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
7. Multiple Item Orders
To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel at no extra cost.
